Can you tell me your source for churro lamb meat? I enjoyed the fajitas borregas at Angelina's in Espanola, New Mexico recently. Is there any way to buy churro on-line?

This is the first time that this Ark of Taste delicacy will be served in Miami. The Ark of Taste is a project of Slow Food USA which is dedicated to identifying and preserving rare breeds of animals, fruits and vegtables. These sheep are raised on natural grass and herded by sheperds, some on the native american reservations in the western US.
