p.s. I just found out Farm Stores bought Gardners. Which is why they have Gardners dinners at the "La Vacita" drive-throughs now.

I enjoyed this market when I went last year, especially because of Redland Organics. I haven't been in a while. It looks like they have a more diverse crowd than when I was there last year. Margie was there last year along with some others, but there were also a good number of vendors who seemed to just be selling conventional produce they had bulk-purchased from who knows where. This looks like an improvement!

Greeting from cold and dreary England,

Just wanted to pop in and say thank you. My wife and I were assigned to England Feb 04 and it is during these months of lack of sun and heat that we miss south Florida. Looking at your blog makes us both realize how much we had missed out on while we lived in Miami Gardens. We had spent our life getting caught up in the day to day running of a household. For the life of me the only market I recall was in Opa loka. Thanks for the wonderful pictures and memories of South Florida.

Don't get me wrong I would surly miss England and the continent the day we get reassigned to Miami.

Cheers,
Patrick
