It’s cooking contest time. NBC6 is running Chef Challenge, a contest in which chefs or anyone with culinary experience gets a shot at working at a professional kitchen – the professional kitchen of Little Palm Island Resort, that is.
Here’s how it works: submit your resume and an original entrée recipe that can be prepared in five minutes through the NBC6 Chef Challenge website. If your recipe is chosen, you’ll get a chance to cook live on TV with three emerging food talents. The winner will get a four-week apprenticeship at the resort in Little Torch Key. Oh, and it’s paid.
