Advisor Girl over at Chowhound has a love affair with Chipotle, which led to her near-stalking of the self-proclaimed gourmet burrito chain. Her devotion paid off with a great tip for her and other Chipotle fans. The restaurant officially opens in North Miami Beach on Friday, but on Thursday you can sample their food for free between 11 AM and 7 PM. I just called Chipotle and the girl who answered the phone confirmed the information. So yes, Chipotle is officially in Miami.

I love Chipotle!!!! They just opened one here in RI…which is 10 miles from my house (far by RI standards) and I go there all the time. It is great food…and it is organic…yum yum…in Cali…lots of people live off this stuff…for all of you miamians…you must try…
My co-worker is from Denver, therefore she is obsessed with Chipotle. I’ve been hearing how much better it is than Baja Fresh since she started working with me last fall! Seriously.
Another co-worker & I tried to make it there from Brickell during our one-hour lunch break today, but sadly the line was too long to chance it. So we “settled” for Lime Fresh across Biscayne.
