It always happens at around 4 p.m. That little voice in your stomach, that little craving sending signals to your brain. That urge for sugar — or caffeine. Work, once again, has my mind spinning and after long hours of meetings, I sat here drained. So I took a little detour to my blog reader and found just what I needed. Critical Miami’s review of Roma Organic Gelato across from Mary Brickell Village. Lucky for me, it’s just around the corner. So next time the bug hits, I’ll be giving it a try. (Love the cloud lamps!) In the meantime, I went to Paciugo (which is closer), another gelato store next to Archie’s Pizza, and here I sit enjoying a fondante and wild berries gelato.
Got my fix.
Break’s over.

Organic anything is great, but I love love love Paciugo. Great flavors.
Yes, their flavors are great — and interesting. The very first time I went to Paciugo I had an olive oil and black pepper flavor. I know, sounds weird, but it was surprisingly pleasant. Their chocolate chip is amazing too.
