Learn from the best at Plum Miami Beach

Ever wanted your favorite chefs to show you a thing or two in the kitchen? Plum Miami Beach — which has only been around for a month — has a really neat feature that takes us into some of Miami’s hottest kitchens to see how their chefs prepare a dish of their choice. The videos are a little over three minutes but they make cooking a gourmet dish look so easy. In this week’s Compliments of the Chef, check out Azul’s executive chef Clay Conley preparing Ricotta Gnocchi with Sausage Bolognese. Also see Grass executive chef Michael Jacobs prepare pan seared Florida grouper with buckwheat noodles, chanterelle mushrooms and tomato confit in a mushroom-lemongrass broth. If only it were really that easy!
