Do you have ANY CLUE how much sugar goes in an angel food cake????? I even plated it all pretty and was so damn proud of myself. Of course, I forgot to take a picture so maybe I'll relive the day and take a pic tonight. I'll let you know! While I'm leaving the heavy lifting up to the boyfriend this year (and always), I have for the first time in about 8 years decided I will take care of dessert -- and not just by trotting out to the nearest bakery.
